    Try checking the data on the official BOG websites and compare with your commercial bank rates for credibility.

    You are mistaken. Some of the MOMO vendors/platforms are offering 12 cedis to the dollar. Remember that they make their profit off of the exchange rate, meaning it has to be higher than 12 cedis to thr dollar.
