    More education is needed on this point. For some of us we know that misapplication of govt funds, could also be termed as an auditing issue even though one might not have derived any monetary gain from it.

    So let your audit reports be clear and without any ambiguity so as to eliminate all confusion. Don’t give room for some individuals to interpret it their own ways and add to the doubt.
