  This carbon credit trade is a pure scam. Poor African countries taking paper money and allowing Western countries to continue to pollute.
  Western countries took down their trees and mechanized their farms and continue to pollute through heavy industrialization.
  The EPA officials should wake up and smell the coffee. This is ignorance and stupidity!
