    This money is used to bribe politicians. Most BDCS don't pay their taxes. They need dollars to bribe politicians and government officials.

    How can funds that were never deposited be withdrawn? If it was deposited in cedi all that could be withdrawn in dollars is the exchange rate equivalent...which would create a loss at 11 to 1. Right?
