  Good directive but monitoring and compliance will be the issue.
  1. How does BoG obtain data on the loan book of banks
  2. Do they get it live from the system or as provided by the banks
  3. Does BoG authenticate the loan book by Auditing around or through the system
  Until these issues are resolved this directive will die at birth.
  The banks will protect their bonus and dividend at all cost
