One more advice, make the payment system electronic so people are not stressed when trying to pay. Duties and or charges should have an IBAN number and OCR reference number to pay via Electronic bank transfer or a MoMo etc... ...

Ghana needs to grow and take the lead. This will also create jobs for some computer litrates too.

Secondly NIA should be made a subsidiary of GRA so that taxes and all verification integrations are made via the the tax office just like in many advanced countries. I don't understand why NIA is trying to make money out of our own personal data for verification. The data collected should have some sort of law governing it similar to GDPR in Europe, so they don't take anyone for granted.

All other licensed institutions such as banks, hospitals etc.. and governmental bodies need follow a laid down procedures on how to utilize this central data and what they show have and not have access to.
