    Banks are forced to exchange at this fake rate so when you go there they tell you they don't have foreign currency.

    They are not fake rates, in fact if you are in overseas and you are sending money to Ghana right now you would be very very fortunate to get the rates being quoted here by the BoG - when I sent money last night (11pm UK time) ...

    BOG, what sort of lies are these? The rates you have quoted are wrong, misleading and senseless. In fact, what at all do you get from this? The " abokyi" people determine the rates not you. Bogus BOG.
