The air is pregnant with stories that GREEDY and CORRUPT TDC STAFF, CONNIVE and COLLUDE to sell MULTIPLE residential and other plots of land to SELECTED customers, including FOREIGNERS: Those with heavy brown envelopes. Meanwhile Ghanaian citizens struggle to find TDC lands to purchase through as easily.
TDC CORPORATE CAPTURE?
In Community 25 alone, one (1) SINGLE FOREIGNER (with awam Ghanaian citizenship of convenience), has, apparently with TDC insider staff COLLUSION and CORRUPTION, bought a rather LARGE AND GROWING NUMBER OF PLOTS of residential and other plots of land ( PLUS land spaces set aside in original planned community map for Community Clinic, Club, Recreation, etc.), and built MULTIPLE HIGH-DENSITY properties, in very clear violation of original low-density suburban style plan of the community.
Is this not a case of CORPORATE CAPTURE?

To add insult to injury, the land-grabbing single foreigner in TDC Community 25 only allows foreigners from his home country (INDIA) as renters or occupants of his very large and growing number of high-density residential units!

The same land-grabbing single foreigner in TDC Community 25 has, against zoning and original plan, turned a residential plot at a busy intersection in TDC Community 25 into a monstrous building (BIG BLUE BUILDING), blocking adjoining plots access to normal suburban-style air and sunshine. Ostensibly this BIG BLUE BUILDING is a INDIAN COMMUNITY CENTRE.
I guess, if they had their chance, Ghanaian citizens would gradually be pushed out of TDC Community 25!! ... Unless they have citizenship of convenience, as Indians.
This form of APARTHEID and caste system segregation is practiced by some Indians in India, and exported to places like Canada (e.g., Toronto suburbs), Kenya (e.g, Nairobi neighborhoods), Tanzania (e.g. Dar Es Salaam neighborhoods), etc.
