Very myopic thinking of a Ghanaian politician. I always pay money through Ghana gov and I haven't seen a digital payment pplatform as better than it. It's quite unfortunate, a Ghanaian will always want to kill a fellow's business to recreate his own. In fact there are hundreds of such digital opportunities still untapped and I wish this government will encourage such inventions instead of duplicating the already existing ones to take over from them. I know with the way u are going, very soon you will throw away ICUMS for ur own now that u have already started sabotaging that good system with issues. Let's be very careful with our pull him down syndrome

  It is very sad that we have such myopic minds at the herm of affairs of our beloved Ghana.You came to meet a structure or systems work and serving it purpose correctly.we have spent millions to put those structures or systems in place and you want to pull it down just because the providers of those systems has no contract with government and them spend millions to create another meanwhile you sit here complaining of illegal payments.were those payments made without any work done?.Are those payments financial lost to the state?.If the answer is no then what reasonable reasons do you have to pull it down and spend money to created another.All you intend to achieve is to make it look too bad in the eyes of the Ghanaian public to achieve where your personal interest is.Why don't you sit with the existing providers and tell them ...you are doing a good job but we need to formalise the contract if really that is the issue.
