  Didn't Sam George already announce the "sale" of 60% of AT to a Canadian company, Rektron? By the way, Rektron is an investment firm with zero experience in telecommunications. Its investments rather focus on energy and infrastructure. Interestinly, the procurement process is shrouded in secrecy. The public is completely in the dark about this transaction. This compares to the sale of Ghana Telecom under Kufour.
