You have severe leakage of smuggled containers coming from Togo costing you huge revenue losses. This 87m is nothing compared to what you is being lost through smuggling. Plug that leakage and you will see revenue shoot up.

The French have lost Bukina Faso, and they want another country to exploit, and here is Ghana presenting it self. The borrower is always a sorrower.

Good, but we have become slaves to our debtors, they will borrow more with justification of building roads, 110 hospitals, cathedral, etc. but none will be done at all or completed, and leave Ghana with debts again. We want to develop our country with other peoples sweat, that is our problem since independence. We want to build Accra to Kumasi road with other peoples sweat, other peoples money, and we are laughing about it, as if we are fools, then the same money will be stolen by the ministers and president in power family and friends. Loan, loan and loan, then give away our natural resources to our debtors for nothing, how foolish can we be.

They know how close our President ( Mahama ) is to with the Burkina Faso President. Our Leaders should be careful so they don’t use them to get to another African Leader and at the end of it all they will say Africans don’t lie each other hence we keep BETRAYING one another.

Africa should never repay any debt owed to France, that country has looted too much from Africa that it should be paying us reparations. France is the worst friend that Africa has had , we can ask the Italian prime minister

Shameful!! So apart from always receiving and borrowing from the developed world, what is the game plan for African countries? Same old traditional ways of raising revenue - loans, grants, credits, and debts relief, what innovative financing or revenue generation options are African countries putting on the table to finance their budgets? Its sad that governments after governments in Africa employs the same approaches when it comes to raising revenues to finance development in their countries. But do we blame these governments when majority of the citizens do not even know the importance and implications of electing political leaders into office and end up voting for the same crop of lazy and clueless political manipulators; and it beats my mind why most Africans have affinity for such political tristers. The continent is bleeding and these clueless elements are watching unconcerned. Sad state of affairs!! I cry for my continent!!!
