  Hello, People of Ghana our beloved Country isn't it time our Government regulate the forex black market to benefit the citizens of Ghana? Why is the Sytem beign allowed to be manipulated by foriengners(Zaminama)when we can match the black market rate with the Bank rate to fade off all these unwanted black market system which keeps on distablising our economy. Now the black market rate sells at 15ghc to US$1 so why can't the Banks match it up? because the Bank official are going behind the sceen to sell to the (Zaminama) to make profit into their pockets to the detriment of the Banks. The Managers and clerks are profiting instead of the Banks and Government. Please let the Government legislate to use the market rate to wade off the black market system completely.
