  The question is, why Mahama did not clean the banking sector as directed by the IMF? It was under his watch that the banking sector nearly collapsed but NDC fools are pretending as if all was well. When NPP came to power, they have no option than to do the clean-up exercise as directed by the IMF else, the entire sector could have collapsed.
  
  I remember one professor saying that NPP should have allowed the banking sector to collapse for Ghanaians who are now asking stupid question to understand its impact on our economy.
