Most workers of Neoplan those days were specialized in stealing or what we call theft which contributed to the broken of the Factory apart from poor and corrupt Administration. We will need a very good European Management to run the Affairs else, we count Neoplan as one time project which is DEAD for good. Shame,ridiculous and painful.
