    The Consequences in having a bad leader is what we are experiencing..Late Dr Hilla Liman tried implementing modern transport system but Rawlings destroyed it and replaced it with a Cartel call GPRTU

    If you've travelled outside Ghana and well exposed you would understand him.Why shd passengers be travelling in Vans call Trotro own by GPRTU?I have said it several times Trotro shd be banned in GH.
