Is it any wonder that all the SOEs were recording huge losses year after year under Akufo Addo, Bawumia and the NPP? Nice devilish formula for taking over state owned enterprises. Steal money and other assets of the enterprise such as lands and bungalows, overpack it with relatives and friends and party boys and girls as well as ghost names. Then claim the enterprise cannot survive on its own and that it has become an unprofitable financial drain on the state. Therefore, privatise it. Then they will use their phony companies to take over for chicken feed.

Confirm if these numbers do not have ghost names. It appears that was the modus opirandi of the NPP to Capone money from state institutions.

Mr Big Ben, get your facts right before making any comments on issues that come up. Mrs Blay was never a staff of Ghana Gas. She was appointed by John Mahama to go and head the company less than three months ago.

If the company is over staffed why don't you resign for one of your deputies to take over. At least it will reduce the staff strength by one

Who is/was the HR of the company? May the person and the board that approved it be held responsible for any dip in efficiency and profitability. The trend of having managers focused on managing state assets according to personal whims and without serious regard for stimulating gains on the investment to relieve the tax payer must end.

My advice to NPP's staff's working with the Ghana Gas now must know that NDC government will fire them. A word to a wise is enough.

Your comment shows clearly that you are a dunderhead. Who in this world solves unemployment by overstaffing entities? Will this not affect the finances of the company, and eventually lead to its collapse like we have seen happen to several companies in Ghana over the years? Will you give birth to ten children when your income can take care of only four? Will this not exercebate your financial situation and leave you in perpetual difficulties? Common sense appears to have escaped NPP and their illiterate supporters. What the needless employment of undesirable workers into state organisations has done is to leave those entities in states of paralyses and stagnation. This is the height of recklessness. You don't hire more that you can afford.
