  Ghanaians talk by heart before thinking, how can you talk about horticultural in the absence of parks and gardens? When we were growing up, parks and gardens were responsible for towns, cities and counties landscaping, parks, gardening and seedlings were all under their belt. Accra ministries and regional governments ministries were as beautiful as paradise. Go to Kenya and Uganda and see what is called horticultural. We just dey make paa paa.
