    Yes, this is the right time to buy any landed property,especially those priced in cedi .Personally, if I have more cedi at hand I prefer to acquire a landed property here in Ghana

    Unfortunately, houses priced in cedi have become more expensive for those abroad to buy. In May , a house sell8ng for Ghc1.2m was approx £60k. Today that same house at Ghc1.2m will cost me £90k.
