  It that the purpose for it purchase, I hope your corrupt officials aren't going to use it to extort money from our poor farmers. We have a country where most of our communities are inundated with bad roads and the reason why the previous administration bought these machines, why would somebody change the plan and decide to allocate them to only farming communities when we all know too well that this excuse by this minister is totally untenable. It's only a conduit for corruption by government officials. The good people of Ghana are going to bear the brunt of wasted taxpayers money.
