It's not as if he's just talking to Ghanaians by himself.

And Snyder, you don't need to know about cocoa trees to be a good CEO.
If education and experience were always necessary for high level positions Ghana should not be here today.
Kwame Nkrumah set up over 200 factories & Cocobod. And who collapsed them? The so-called educated Ghanaians trained with the tax payers money.
All you need to excel in any job is passion for excellence, honesty, integrity, patriotism and common sense which are clouded by corruption and self seeking public servants and politicians.
