  BoG should have a manual system in banks as a back-up support of the digitisation advocacy agenda of the former vice president ,Dr Bawumia. USA which has become the leader and ICT giant of the world technology has for a few years a manual system in place for banks and other important areas of the economy to counter any effect of network failure. But hardly do we have a similar situation inplace in the country,Ghana, and the Africa as a whole. Many customer of these institutions have become so disappointed as the banks inefficiences affect their industrial operations in every minute of a financial delay. An operational financial delay which has a total effect and the power to cripple every sector of the country's economy, can not be downplayed by any government . A situation which has led to money laudry ,an ancient savings practice of forefathers,resulting into starvation of the economy with cash and funding.-Pres.Mahama,Dr P.Johnson Asiama,BoG.
