And it taking them forever to do so wasting people time even though the date for collection of passport is way overdue... I even feel sorry for those who applied for the express service... Better let those who have applied for their passports under expedited service collect their passports at the PAC.
Not fair at all for people to be waiting for ghanapost call and EMS delivery that never comes on time.
