Only 3.4 Billion Dollars because Nigeria is not Ghana that borrows senselessly aiming at looting the fund even when the country has no resources to enhance repayment. Any wonder Ghana continues to owe Nigeria in millions of Dollars for Gas supplied and has refused to settle the indebtedness till only God knows when Ghana will ever do so. Be informed also that Nigeria had "Debt management Office" which controls how much borrowing the country can do for a sustainable economic control, an innovative policy which Ghana never avails herself to and continues to borrow endlessly while the country goes bankrupt.

China is in 2025. All the capital for infrastructural growth can be raised through the treasury bill market.

We can do this. We, have great economist on the continent.

We have cheap labor and the skills to get the task done.

We should always look to China, as an example.

Arise Africa, forward looking, backwards never.

This should be our 10 year economic plan-2035.
