  gh teachers, nurses, police, army etc should even have a pension fund. even universities should have endowment funds. these funds will invest in ghana, other african, london, nyse, nasdaq, tsx stock exchanges to maximum returns. but no. these fufu eating pygmies are content with doing the very least and if you criticize they respond with insults.
