There is a difference between an accused person and a convicted person.
Article 19 of the constituion says Fair trial and is the fundamental human right accorded every person who's been accused of some criminality.
At the end of the day if such person win their cases they can sue for compensation.
He remains an accused person not a convicted person and it's that.
