We should look out for people who would cause harm to innocent people. The security personnel should be handy. Ghana is not like the same 15 to 20 years ago. We have foreign nationals from West African enclave ready to cause havoc. Ghanaians are peaceful people. Please protect yourselves. Thank you.

Where are the street lights? How do you expect people to go outside at night when there are no street lights?

If want Accra to be a tourist attraction, first and foremost upgrade all city and neighborhood roads to an international level to avoid all the dust and mud surfaces all over the city. Remove all kiosks on sidewalks and make sidewalks accessible for pedestrians. The reason Accra is so messy is due to lack of enforcement by the municipal authorities. The government should see to it that municipal authorities perform their duties and Accra will change.

However, nothing was said about what they are going to do to achieve what they are saying.
For example: 1. Will they clear beggars off the streets?
2. Will they increase street lights and ensure they are working 24 hours?
3. Will they provide more modern public toilets?
4. Will they provide adequate security personnel, police, detectives, etc to make tourists feel safe?
5. Will they provide adequate emergency services, such as temporary health centres, where they can provide urgent medical help before ambulances arrive?
6. Will they provide adequate information booths /centres where tourists can access help where necessary?
7. Will they ensure that all roads are upgraded as quickly as possible to ensure that drainage are underground and covered with No Open Gutters!
8. Will they ensure that the streets and everywhere are cleared of RUBBISH &CLEAN!
9. Will they ensure that traders pay reasonable taxes and ring fence part of the collected taxes to ensure that my suggestions above can be carried out!
