  First of all, nobody is forcing you to wear a suit. You can wear your well tailored African attire with respect. But if you choose to wear a suit, then you must wear it properly. Only Sylvester is dressed OK. The other two not not not. One is wearing a suit about 2 sizes too small. The other is also wearing a sports jacket (which is also too small) to a business meeting and with a summer shirt inside?!! What?
  
  And for the love of God, if you know you have a pot belly, please please please don't wear "skinny" clothing. And that goes for 90% of us Ghanaian men.
