  On 2 August 2021 NS Momo Paystack Ghana both APIs of Nsano Ghana took/ received money fraudulently from 2335539xxx.
  After over 6 weeks , letters upon letters, consultations with lawyers, seeking and getting lawyers advice,they nicodemously returned the stolen money into the account from which they took same. They have refused ignored to compensate the person from which they took and held on to her money.

  Theses telcos charge high but delivers bad quality of service of worst kind. They only focused on siphoning money from the people and not the quality of service they give. How come telcos have been left unchewck for so long. Where is the consumer protection laws and the quality assurance board. Most these companies are foreign own conglomerates and careless about their customers. They are no different from the foreign based mining companies because they rip more than they pay back in 1000% folds.
  
  Secondly, these telcos shouldnt be allowed to operate as bank, since Momo can also be categorized as a form of financial services. They way they were left unchecked have eventually caused most of our local banks to collapse. I personally think they should be force to create subsidiaries or affiliate / sister companies souly registered as banks so that they stay complaint under the banking regulations. Even better forced to do what they know best and help the banks to leverage their platform to improve banking for banking consumers.
  
  I suggest the that the NDC led Gov and Hon Sam George of the mins of communications should also try to consider the GDPR law introduce in Europe for years now, to pretect the personal data of people collected by all type of organizations in Ghana. These data can be used to victimize people because they are no protection related to that yet in Africa or Ghana.
