  By the way, please know that years ago all goldmines in Ghana were owned by the government. However, they never made any profits due to corruption and mismanagement, hence their sale to private entities. I quite remember all the large government goldmines - Obuasi, Tarkwa, Konongo, Bogoso, etc., etc.

  Try and use this same deal, visa waiver agreement with Singapore which has lasted for over 20 years with no influx of Ghanaian citizens to Singapore and more recently a similar with South Africa, as basis to seek more of such deals with other advance or develope countries - it makes doing business and tourism with such countries easier, red tapes and barriers are just not good for anyone
