  What's so magical about 25? Will this age limit be imposed on private motor riders also? In any case, isn't there going to be a training AND testing requirement for the grant of a licence, to eliminate unsafe riders?

  After That Planning Is Done, People Will Know Where To Build Residential&Commercial, Locations of Places of Worship,Libraries,Police Stations, Local Government Offices, Various Transport Routs(Water,Rail, Road etc etc) Educational Facilities To Cater To Both, Small, Medium and Large Districts of People
