Let's be real, cocoa farming is a tough and labourous venture, with not much cash after sales worth celebrating. Compared to those at the top end of the business structure ( cocobod ( lucky bastards)) living a relatively good life at the expense of the farmers.
A retention of a portion of farmers earnings after sales, paid in foreign currency will be a good incentive. I presume will motivate the farmers and probably attract the youth into the sector.
