Getting voted or appointed into an office is the same as winning the American mega jackpot of 2 billion.....he will sleep with all the females working under him.... if he is actually knowledgeable and deserves the position, he would rather improve what he met....he would update what is already in production..... Ghana needs a central database...by the government, from which every institution / organization will validate personal information..... use the Ghana card tp serve such purposes.... western countries are improving by the day. They give you a SIM CARD without asking for your name... they will take my info when I am actually in the process to sign up for service....first and last name, DOB, address, postal code, SIN, then one government ID a driver's license..... after that, they ask my permission to run a credit check....then choose to offer me the service or not, based on my credit score. If the information I provided does not bring them the proper profile, they ask for another form of ID or confirm my names and address..... because they validating the info I provided witha central database certified by and accepted by all institutions including immigration..... in Ghana, you need to walk with your passport, birth certificate, your BECE results paper to register for a service..... every dummy will scan your passport instead of just looking at it against your profile...they will scan it ... creating avenue for fraud. They can't even ask to look at your driver's license card to validate your first and last name...they have to photo copy... where do banks and other institutions keep the photo copies???? This is why fraud is easy and simple in Ghana.... re-registration of SIM cards every change of government is stupid....use that time, financial resources to initiate a launch-to-space OLD FOOLS IN OFFICES.... you are sending your kids to school because it's a norm, not because of a brighter future.... you don't pay the way so you are fool for pay school fees!

I just had my fingerprints taken five times to link my SIMs from the same service provider to my ecowas card. Now, I'll have do it all over again 'properly'. It's the same with voter registration. Every election time comes with a new voter registration system, at great cost. It's the same with house numbering: we started with normal street numbers, then somebody came up GPS house addresses and street numbers stopped. Digitally mapping the country is important, but not as a way to direct people ones house. Stop wasting resource by thinking policies through.
