Good idea, but what banking law would be violated by a bank if a particular bank fails to disclose? State the law to the benefit of the public and if possible let banks use a specific or standard bank loan form with a number, like ‘Loan Form xyz’, pre-populated with the required loan fees and charges disclosure information. On that loan form state the law and what it means if the lender violates the law and the right of the borrower. Is that simple? Think about it.

This article finds the borrowers from Bank of Africa well. In their loans to custommers, they hide so many things. A loan that was contracted for a monthly repayment of about 800 Ghana Cedis from the beggining has now riched 1100 and still growing. That's to say each time the inflation figure goes up, the repayment also goes up. Someone kindly prompts BOG to fight for those of us at Bank of Africa. They kill us softly.
