For all you know these are temporary structures built for workers of the Tema harbour.There are areas along the major roads at communities 6 and 10 where people are selling fruits instead of using the main market at community one. TDC should also listen to the cries of its Estates land clients and fulfill its promised sale offer. In the developing new Communities TDC offers motorable roads and telephone lines. It is understandable that due to the risk of construction trucks damaging the roads, substandard roads are first constructed but these are construction roads. After the Estate is fully occupied these roads will completely be in a severe state of disrepair. And phone lines would have been stolen by then because they are installed to early to speed up land sales. When you insist on performance TDC will refer you to TMA who will also tell you that TDC is not just a seller it is a developer who should have handed over a fully developed Community.
