Apart from Cocoa, 90 percent of the proceeds from gold is not coming back to Ghana. Foreigners dominate the field so we don't realize the full benefits of our resourcess. Maybe the gold board may help
Key question: how much is accruing to GOG and what percentage of this goes to Debt Servicing?
