Your artificially created T-bills rates are pushing people to buy dollars and hoard and you expect the cedi to appreciate.

I have noticed something funny and I will love our leaders to take notice of it, anytime the naira appreciating against the dollar,the cedis will also do same. I think some Ghana and Nigeria businesses have some ways of manipulating these currencies. Either the Nigerians are exporting our dollars or more Ghanaian traders use the dollars for trans border trading.
