  I advise the country's financial administration to take a second look at the payment of responsibility allowances to teachers and to make it a fix amount of payment , if not a fix payment ,because of the way and manner some are rotated to give equal chances to those who qualify to be assigned to the responsible offices of a teachers. Teachers who are assigned to hold responsible positions like headship,assistant headship,form mastership ,chaplainship and others are all qualified for the payments of responsibility allowances except those who do not meet the controller and accountant general's department requirements. These exemptions occupy the offices without receiving responsibility allowances ,and occupy bungallow types which they are not qualified to receive housing allowances to take care of the payments. Some of the headteachers who are on contract do not qualify at all for a bungallow,yet occupy school houses by using the subordinate teacher's document for occupancy to reduce his CAGD INCOME RESERVE.

  WHILE AKUFO-ADDO'S APPOINTEES WERE ALL BUSY LOOTING THE PUBLIC PURSE WITH A PLETHOR OF FAKE INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS AND FAKE CONSULTANCIES AND OTHER BUSINESSES, CECILIA DAPAAH WAS BUSY CONSTRUCTING "AN EIFFEL TOWER" WITH US DOLLAR BILLS IN HER BEDROOM, WITH FUNDS MEANT FOR DESILTING THE RIVERS AND LAKES, AND TIDYING UP ACCRA .

Akuffo Addo started paying the debt which Mahama left for him in 2017 without making any noise. But NDC ANIMALS who don't have human brains will make idiotic noise about debts.
