Idiots, common sense tells us that the main solution to this problem lies with those who are managing our economy, commerce, and infrastructure to build our own state gold refinery not a private one that are built by foreigners with 1% Ghana government shares. Why do we have to contact British officials for our God given rights natural resources? Is that what is called good governance or intelligence ? Come on people, the whole mining industry needs critical reforms. Are we that stupid for foreign investors and corporations taking advantage of us as people? If the gold can’t solve our problems why are we giving them to foreigners? Take a serious look at South Africa cities like J,bourg , Durban etc and compared them to Obuase, Kumasi and Accra. Where is our brain as people? I’ve been saying time and again that Ghana politicians cum their so called paramount chiefs ( kings) should tell Ghanaians who owes Ghana lands and its resources or how much are we still paying for the British monarchy as a result of colonial taxation. Why? Why? Why do we have to involve British officials for birthright God given resources? Look at what Mali, Niger and Burkina Faso has done within a short pace of time. Why is it that the so called educated people are so lazy thinkers who rely on others to make decisions? Please stop this nonsense and stop embarrassing Ghanaians!

This something Kufour should have done after the currency re-denomination. The Cedi wouldn't have devalued to 15.5 Cedis by now
