  The minister does not know what the ministry is about. He does not disappoint because like his party leadership they do not have any clear policies.
  Government communications are done through the media outlets. News releases, press conferences and speeches, will all draw the attention of all the media houses to gather and listen to what type of information the government is reporting to the country.
  Dear minister, you do not need another billion cedis to share with your followers. There is more than adequate money for the Jubilee House to do it's work. Do Not waste our time. Because you may sound like an empty barrel.
