  ROYALTIES ARE WHAT FOREIGN COMPANIES IN GHANA DOLE OUT TO GHANA'S LAZY GOVERNMENTS BECAUSE GHANA'S FOOLISH LEADERS DO NOT INVEST A DIME IN ANY OF THE NATURAL RESOURCES AT OUR DISPOSAL.

  Well said. We have to harvest and store runoff water where there aren't rivers, streams and lakes. Where these are available, we must utilise the water for irrigation and fishery. Agricultural intensification is called for so that we produce three crops a year particularly in the five regions of the north including Northern Brong Ahafo and the Oti regions.
  No lip service should be paid to Agriculture.
