  Any clueless idiot is offering advice to government. What domestic revenue are you talking about? Ghanaians are being taxed through the roof. I would rather you advise that Ghana's percentage of our natural resources being exported should be increased from that miserable 5 or so percent. Obuasi alone with that miserable 5 percent gives Ghana over 5 Billion dollars a year!! Give meaningful advice and stop your hypocritical nonsense!!
