  For the records. During Nkrumah's regime there was a finance minister by name K.A Gdedemah. This man latter became wanted by Nkrumah after he swerved Nkrumah millions of .ponds sterling. After changes our money to cedis, Britons was still using the pouads sked his finance ministernd to go and deposit the pond sterling Ghana has stopped using into Nkrumah s personal accounts but Gbedemah went and deposited the money in his personal account. He was declared wanted by Nkrumah but he took refused in UK. Until Nkrumah. Was overthrown. He came back and formed a political party called NAL. He lost the election to Busia of Progress Party.
