What is the sense in maintaining texes on sanitary pads and going to procure them to distribute for free? Always trying to use the back to to thief the people through procurement galore. Create jobs, jobs, jobs and we will work to take care of ourselves. Stop breeding lazy citizens with free this free that.

The free giving is the avenue for the siphoning of the peoples money. They know the best policy is to remove the duties and taxes on such items so the prices come down to make it easier for consumers.
