  Sell them. If you go to America or European countries the government don't own companies. They may buy shares or own shares in the company but the running of the companies are in the hands of the private people. Africa we are something. None of these companies are making profits but give them out to the private sector and see what happens. Ghana telecom is an example. They were making losses. We then brought in the Malaysian who couldn't improve the fortunes of the company. When Vodaphone took, less than a year they recouped their investment and started making profit.
