  The question really is, the public sector facilitators of development be informed about these information and to act accordingly? The inefficiencies of the public sector to quickly facilitate paperwork for the private sector to work should be the main topic of discussion now regarding these trade wars. The bureaucratic nature of of our institutions is what is killing local businesses and production. All they care about is procedure and nothing about the outcome.
