Over the last half decade or so, the central banks of most nations have become net accumulators of Gold Bullion as a safe haven and insurance in an increasingly tumultuous and increasingly ery unstable world. Many countries are buying gold furiously. Historically,the nation that has good gold reserves tends to weather and survive economic turmoil and major outbreak of war. Would Ghana be able to survive any major global economic upheaval caused by for example global warming?
