  We need transparency and accountability regularly. No looting and sharing. We need a clean sheet. Again, we should maximise the funds very well to benefit the country as a whole.

  Please,this money should directly go into real work on the ground and not use in capacity building.
  We've capacity built so many institutions without anything to show for it.
