This Country has been seriously looted and destroyed by the NPP.
Government should try and recover the looted funds that are still in the country hidden in graves and polytanks

You must be born after 2016 to suggest so. What did JM mean by " we have chopped all the meat, it's left with the bones" before he left office in 2016? Obviously he had wasted or our monies on something else. P(NDC) has been the longest serving political party in Ghana's history. If there blames for our lack of infrastructure then they should be taken more of the blames.
And to the clueless road minister. The fact that one or two PPP arrangements failed doesn't make it bad. How do you intend to build 1000s of kilometers of road infrastructure? Perhaps with your 1 Ghs tollbooth charges. You people are simply clueless. Go and ask Kenya and the ivory Coast how they did it.
We have to be serious as a country please. We need serious investment in our road and rail sectors. Without PPP we can't do foko

Look at his face, go to our neighbors côté d'Ivoire and see, how ppp is working over roads construction there... Ndc has nothing to offer

PPP in road infrastructure is one of the best options for Ghana given our financial situation now. Vital road networks MUST pay for themselves.
It is our PPP Frameworks and PPP variants that needs to be solid and suitably/appropriately done and chosen to get us to our desired destination. Once they are well done and appropriately chosen, value for money (vfm) is achieved.
Budgetary sources, Loan, and Grants are not enough.
They are too often prone to corruption and less vfm.

Mr Minister I beg to disagree. Consult the investment specialists in the NDC fraternity, who are many and good,to see your way forward. An investment cannot be so called if the analysis does not contain positive and negative cash flows. For example a PPP option for a ROAD will deal with outflow for construction from the Govt and the Partner contribution. To recover the cost the Revenue inflows will come from users of the Road,by tolling charges, rates chargeable to a registered vehicle etc. Please discard your notion that PPP cannot be used for Roads and get to work on the Bole Bamboi road through a PPP. AM AVAILABLE TO HELP YOU WITH THIS PARTICULAR ROAD PROJECT WHICH IS DEAR TO ME AS A FOUNDING MEMBER OF THIS GRAT PARTY.THANKS.
