NDC is panicking and they do not know what to do. Let's see the type of budget he will present to the august house. Remember how they bastardize the debt structuring, but now, the same debt structuring they tried to kill Ofori-Atta had brought in $2billion into the treasury which Ato Forson was happy about it.
