    These people know the right solutions for installing Prepaid meters throughout the country but because of selfish gains and selfish interest they will rather beat about the bush.

    Empower the district managers to do the collection. They will deliver.Give them targets and compensate them for achieving targets.
    We need money so there is no point in engaging third parties to feed on our revenue.

    I use prepaid. Why not you too? Always seeking partners to collect the money which is not yielding any good result. Most prepaid vendors are private. What else? If ecg can handle the technical issues, what is preventing them ...
